By accessing or using 123MeetWithMe! (the "Service"), operated by CareGuard Platform Technologies Corp. ("Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you may not access the Service.
123MeetWithMe! provides an online appointment scheduling platform that enables service providers to manage their availability and allows clients to book appointments through video calls, phone calls, or SMS consultations.
Our Service includes SMS/text messaging features for appointment reminders and communications. By opting in to receive SMS messages, you agree to the following terms:
By checking the SMS consent checkbox during the booking process, you consent to receive automated text messages from 123MeetWithMe! and the service provider you are booking with. These messages may include appointment reminders, confirmations, updates, and follow-up communications.
You may opt out of receiving SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message. After opting out, you will receive a one-time confirmation message. You can also opt out by contacting us at support@cgplatforms.com.
For help with SMS messaging, reply HELP to any message or contact support at support@cgplatforms.com.
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to effective transmission from your network carrier.
We will not sell, rent, or share your phone number with any third parties for marketing or promotional purposes. Your phone number will only be used for appointment-related communications through our platform.
You must create an account to use certain features of the Service. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update such information to keep it accurate.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for any reason, including violation of these Terms.
The Service offers various subscription tiers including free and paid plans. Pricing and features are subject to change with reasonable notice.
Paid subscriptions are billed on a recurring basis (monthly or annually). You authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis.
Refunds are provided at our sole discretion. Generally, subscription fees are non-refundable except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time. Upon cancellation, you will retain access until the end of your current billing period.

The Service and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by CareGuard Platform Technologies Corp. and are protected by international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property laws.
You retain all rights to any content you submit, post, or display on or through the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and display such content in connection with operating the Service.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND.
We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free. This includes, but is not limited to, implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL CAREGUARD PLATFORM TECHNOLOGIES CORP., ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICE SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE (12) MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of material changes by posting the updated Terms on our website and updating the "Last Updated" date.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary.
