Yes! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately, and we'll prorate any charges.

On the Starter plan, you'll be notified when approaching your limit. You can upgrade anytime to get unlimited appointments.
For Monthly Plans: No refunds are provided - your subscription remains valid until the end of the month you've paid for. For Yearly Plans: Pro-rated refunds are available after the current month ends if you cancel. Refunds are calculated based on unused full months remaining in your subscription period and processed within 5-7 business days (plus 3-5 additional days for bank processing).
Absolutely. You can cancel your subscription at any time with no cancellation fees. You'll retain access until the end of your billing period.
